Ilancré Foundation is a charitable initiative established to provide practical, inclusive and accountable educational support to eligible non-Barbadian students attending primary and secondary schools in Barbados.
Our focus is on students facing financial difficulties, school transitions or other challenges that make learning and settling in harder.

HOW WE HELP
Support for the journey ahead.
Practical assistance, thoughtfully tailored to a student's educational needs and circumstances.
Student care & welcome
Age-appropriate welcome, back-to-school and emergency packages to support readiness, dignity and adjustment.
Learning & study support
Tutoring, literacy, numeracy, homework assistance, mentoring and other educational opportunities where available.
Guidance & belonging
School-transition information, orientation, educational guidance and referrals to useful resources.
Assistance is assessed case by case, depends on available resources and is provided as goods, services, vouchers or direct provider support—not direct cash payments to families.

A fair opportunity for every eligible student.
We aim to support non-Barbadian primary- and secondary-school students who live in Barbados with a parent or legal guardian and are enrolled in school here.
Priority may be considered for financial hardship, newcomer transitions, learning difficulties, urgent school needs and other relevant circumstances.
